Welcome home to this lovely two-bedroom condo on the ground floor, just steps from Lake Dillon. Walk to Downtown Dillon with ease. This affordable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers many amenities and is perfectly located near all that the High Country has to offer. It's within walking distance to many area restaurants, bars, and shops. The condo is also just steps away from the long rec path, the popular Tiki Bar and Brewery, a large playground, and the newly renovated amphitheater at the Dillon Marina.
There is a free shuttle bus stop nearby that will take you to many Summit County destinations, including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain resorts. The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a dining table that seats six. You'll enjoy many amenities, including a wood-burning fireplace, large HD TV, comfortable living room furniture, complimentary Wi-Fi, and much more. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom and its own HD TV. The second guest bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed with a twin over a double. Easy to get to, parking was tight but I have a full size 3500 quad cab with a 8' box but still fit in the parking spot. I would stay there again

Listing had 3 hot tubs, steam room, and pool. There was just one hot tub. Contacted the manager to ask where the spa room with the two stand alone tubs were and they were not sure. We never found them and did look around the complex. Also washer/dryer is available for payment in garage and not included in the unit. The pillows were thin and hard, but the beds soft and comfy. The area overall was quiet other than the people above us who stomped around at all hours.

We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs, and pretty much all of them have a very, sometimes painfully, detailed booklet with information about the property. Unless we just never found it, all that we saw here was a single, double sided page with the only useful information was the wifi password. Overall impression, would stay here again on a holiday weekend when most other options are out of our price range.
Pros

- Easy to checkout, only instructions was to turn down temp
- Good amount of Mud room storage and includes ski locker space down the hall.
Cons
- Parking (only fits two small vehicles). We had a third vehicle and had a terrible time finding parking in town. The second night we found a map of the area which shows which lots have overnight parking for which night. It'd be awesome to include this in the instructional book. We found it taped to a wall in a hallway of the complex.
- People upstairs, not sure if they are owners or just visiting, but we could hear those kids for most of the night running around.
- Club House with hot tub. Another map in the book would be a good idea. We walked around outside for awhile before we asked the right person and figured out the hot tubs were in the complex next to ours. Also, no temperature controls on the tubs. the first night, one hot tub was super hot, and the other was cold. The next night, they were both okay, a little cold, right around 94 degrees.
- No wood for fireplace
- Small shower in masterbath
- A little bit hard to find, we were the first ones there and somewhat luckily stumbled acrossed it right away, but the other two couples couldnt find it. We had to walk out to the main road in order to flag them down.
