Bedroom #2 has a double bed, ceiling fan and its unique location offers plenty of Palm Springs sunshine. The final bedroom comes with a Queen bed and its own air conditioning unit. A bathtub and shower complete the hall bathroom. A large living room sits in the middle of the residence with a fireplace and 65 inch television. The dining room has a marble dinner table with seating for six. A den in back has been turned into a mini gym. The last room is the utility room and has a doggy door with access to the back of the residence which is securely gated. A washer and dryer complete the major amenities of this property.
