Nice property, quiet neigbourhood. Yard is in need of more attention, gardeners do the minimum (no pruning or significant clean up) Hence, the slightest wind sends debris into the pool.
House is well equipped and functional.
Despite asking and paying for pool heat, it was not turned on prior to arrival. Took over 24 hours to heat the pool with the old and inefficient heater.

When I arrived there were small spiders in the sink and other dead bugs around. When called about it, the rental firm indicated that it had not been rented for a month. Apparently they or the owner did not check the house prior to my occupancy. There should have been better pricing for when it is over 110 degrees everyday.
