This sunny 2-room apartment on the 5th floor offers a cozy home with an ideal floor plan. The spacious and bright living area invites you to linger and features an open kitchenette that blends seamlessly into the space. From the living room, you have direct access to the south-facing balcony, which is perfect for relaxing in the fresh air and floods the room with natural light.
The adjoining bedroom is a peaceful retreat, furnished with two single beds. The sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping spots. The hallway in the entryway leads you to the practical, small shower room, which is functional and well-designed. Here you’ll find an apartment that impresses with both its brightness and its cozy atmosphere. Ideal for couples or families looking for a quiet and inviting apartment.

The “Bellvedere” house is in an ideal vacation location—just under 150 meters from the beach and right on the main promenade! In general, the house is an excellent starting point for everything you’d like to do on vacation:
Restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks are all in the immediate vicinity. A bakery, a bike rental shop, and—for the more athletic guests—a gym can also be found within 800 meters.
You can conveniently park your car in the house’s parking lot—and feel free to leave it there. The best way to get around here is on foot or by bike. Public buses run several times a day to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn, giving you plenty of flexibility. In general, Großenbrode is a great starting point for all kinds of bike tours: You can reach Heiligenhafen in just over an hour—a bit faster on an e-bike—or enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and bike straight to Fehmarn.

The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the town of Heiligenhafen on the Wader River (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 meters long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
