Use the open kitchen and the outdoor gas grill to prepare your favorite meals, and curl up each evening to watch movies on the flatscreen TV.

If you head up to town, you'll be able to hop on Maine Route 1 for easy day trips, rent kayaks or canoes at Wiscasset Trading Post, or sample one of the best lobster rolls in Maine at Red's Eats. When you're not kayaking, fishing, or simply enjoying the view, you'll be a quick drive from downtown Bath (20 miles west), Boothbay Harbor and the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens (25 miles southeast), and Georgetown Island and Reid State Park (30 miles southwest).

Everything was as expected. Would have been nice to be able to see out all the windows, as many of them have broken seals and are foggy. The view is spectacular, but couldn"t enjoy it from everywhere in the house. The location was perfect for us, as we like being secluded.
