Alisa is awesome and a very kind host. She was quick to respond and answer questions. The beds were comfy, the yard worked great for the dog, and it was a very nice stay.

Pro:
Evolve management for their email regarding my stay as soon as I made reservation. Alisa was my contact and she replied quickly. AC worked great. Deep seat sofa. Smart TV in living room so I could log in to my own streaming services. Distance is ok to Giant Eye or Cinemark Dallas.
Con:
The info and images on the site were misleading. This home was not newly remodeled. i.e. lose bathroom faucet and no toilet paper holders. I could tell the cleaning crew only cleaned minimum, i.e. floor felt dusty, hair in tub, gum under coffee table. Not HOA neighborhood (lawns were not well maintained include this rental) Very crowded like cars parked on both sides street so it turned into a one way street. Very dangerous and inconvenient trying to leave and come back.
