- NO INDOOR SMOKING -
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $120 per pet (maximum of 3 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.
- If a late check out is approved, the standard fee is $100.
- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -
Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.
- PEST CONTROL -
This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 9+ GUESTS ★
Our nightly rate includes the first 9 guests. With each additional guest, a $39/night fee will be applied.

The house was comfortable to stay in. We didn’t use the kitchen. When we arrived at 8 pm, it was 40 degrees outside and 54 degrees in the house. The thermostat was turned off and there was a lot of cold air coming in thru the area with the A/C units exhaust. The house was SO cold. We got it warmed up eventually.

My family and I enjoyed this nice cozy house. The host was very quick with his response when he was needed. Safe and quiet neighborhood. If you have little ones the “tree house” is a nice add on, so cute. overall the house is a great place for a family to stay.

Kid friendly but large wasp nest were under tree house. Also not ready clean around tree house . Also there were a few issues but made the best until check out. They then claimed I had violated some house rule i ask for videp proof of the violation in which i was being charged and additional fee was not happy.
