The apt is newly renovated, all furniture and appliances are new, beds comfy. Rooftop terrace is gorgeous in the evening. The street is pretty quiet and tranquil. Walk to the beach downhill is easier than back home up the hill in the heat but took some 10 mins and it was doable. Supermarket and restaurants nearby.
The elevator was not finished/working when we were there so we had to walk up and down a lot. But that will probably change soon. Also the garage and the pool were not available yet. There is a camera in the living room which is disturbing. Enough to place one at the entrance to see who goes in, not to watch what are they doing inside constantly.
