Set into the hills above Jordanelle Reservoir, this four-bedroom townhome skips the usual mountain-cabin script for something more current: vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, and a clean, contemporary palette that hands the spotlight to the landscape outside. The main living space opens up and out — a dining table built for eight, a fully equipped kitchen ready for a group cook (espresso machine, electric kettle, French press, bean grinder, Calphalon pans, and Henckels knives all on hand), and sightlines that pull the Wasatch right into the room. The deck is where summer settles in. There's a hot tub for slow, star-filled soaks after a day on the water, a firepit lounge that keeps conversation going long past sunset, and a gas grill made for unhurried dinners with the ridgeline as your backdrop. That ridge marks the Park City line, so town sits closer than the quiet setting lets on. Inside, the layout stretches across three levels, giving twelve guests room to spread out. The primary king suite anchors the main floor with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, while the upper level pairs a king and a queen — both on pressure-relief mattresses — around a shared bath. Downstairs, two twin-over-twin bunks and a king sleeper sofa with a memory-foam mattress make Jordanelle Ridge an easy yes for multigenerational trips, friend groups, and family reunions, with a full air mattress available on request if the crew needs one more spot to land. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
