Black Rock Ridge 14488 is a beautifully designed home with 2,800 spawling square feet of living space so even larger groups can spread out and find their personal space. Located less than 10 minutes from historic Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, and Kimball Junction, this lovely location places you and your family in a quiet, private area that makes it easy to relax and unwind, while still being close to all the action, too.

The main LIVING AREA is open yet cozy, with easy access to the dining and kitchen areas for effortless family socializing. The plush sectional sofa has plenty of room for everyone to gather together and faces a corner stone fireplace with a large HDTV mounted above the flames. Outside through the sliding glass doors is a covered DECK overlooking the quiet neighborhood and the mountain range in the distance.

In the restaurant-inspired KITCHEN, a premier Viking gas range and vent hood are surrounded by sparkling white subway tiles and gorgeous custom cabinetry. There’s also a deep stainless steel farmhouse sink, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, and a spacious refrigerator. Guests can pull up a chair at the peninsula bar, or have a seat at the large formal DINING TABLE that seats eight. Nearby, there’s a LAUNDRY NOOK with a front-loading LG washer and dryer.

In the FIRST BEDROOM SUITE, you’ll find a contemporary king-size bed and an ENSUITE BATHROOM that includes a separate tub and step-in shower. The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen-sized bed and an ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM.

On the ground level, there’s a THIRD BEDROOM that includes a queen-size bed, a small separate DEN SPACE with an HDTV, and a FULL ATTACHED BATHROOM. Upstairs, the versatile LOFT SPACE features a SECONDARY LIVING AREA that’s so great for larger groups, complete with a spacious sectional sofa, large HDTV, and two queen-over-queen-size bunk beds. The ENSUITE BATHROOM is a spa-inspired sanctuary, featuring a spacious step-in shower and a double marble-topped vanity sink.

Chances are, you’ll want to finish your day by stepping outside onto the backyard covered patio, where the private HOT TUB is waiting for you to soak the day away with your favorite cocktail.

Black Rock Ridge 14488 also features a large, two-car GARAGE that comes complete with built-in SKI STORAGE and luxurious BOOT DRYERS/WARMERS. Plus, after a day spent on the slopes, there’s nothing like coming home to the ultra-relaxing, completely private HOT TUB. And when it’s time to explore the area and go get a bite to eat, lots of delicious dining and exciting local attractions are only a quick drive away.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. If your pet is accepted, the pet fee, which covers both hosting and pet cleaning, will be added to the reservation. Some restrictions apply.

Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!

Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Guest Portal, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

We visited Park City to ski over President’s Day weekend. The house was perfect for two families and conveniently located about 10-15 minutes from the slopes. The bunk room on the third floor had the biggest bunk beds we’ve ever seen. The kids loved having their own area. And the rest of the house was modern, clean and suited us perfectly.
