Overall, we had a good experience staying here. The room was located in a newly built building in a very convenient area, making it easy to get around and access nearby shops, restaurants, and other places we needed during our stay. The property itself was clean, modern, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The staff were also kind and responsive. It was easy to reach them whenever we had questions or needed assistance.
Points for Improvement:
Check-in / out process:
I was not provided with check-out instructions beforehand and had to ask for them myself. It would be more convenient if these details were communicated in advance.
Facilities:
There was no mirror available in either the room or the bathroom. Having at least one mirror would be very helpful.
The room also did not include a hair dryer. This was quite surprising, as most hotels and BnBs usually provide one as a basic amenity.
