The Cloud TRION Kuala Lumpur

Overall, we had a good stay and would definitely consider returning. The location was convenient, and the beds were comfortable and just right for our family of three. One thing to note is that we had to wait around 20 minutes outside the condo lobby for the host to meet us, as we didn’t have an access card to enter the building. However, the condo is quite tightly secured, which I actually appreciated as it made me feel safe. There were a few small things that could be improved. Some basic supplies, such as shampoo, shower gel and laundry detergent, had not been refilled after the previous guests. The sofa and coffee table could use some maintenance, as could the curtains. The light in the shower area was also not working, so it was a little dark. That said, these were minor issues and did not affect our overall experience. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again.

环境很好,舒适.员工非常友善接待和给予很清楚的引导指示.

就是放洗衣机的阳台有点肮脏,感觉没有妥善处理,垃圾和烟头到处丢.
