sehr nette und zuvorkommende gastgeber, sowie mitarbeiter. Die sauberkeit war einwandfrei, man hat jeden Mittag Wasserflaschen und Klopapier auf's Zimmer bekommen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Man hat absolute Ruhe im Hotel und Umzu.

عائلي واهله ودودين جدا استاذ بكر والاستاذه زهره ومحمد وصبحيه الكل يحسس انك في بيتك اعتبرهم عائلتي الان الاخ محمد افادني كثير معلومات سياحيه و تسوق شكرا للجميع

الفندق نظيف ومريح و يقع في مكان رائع جدا محاط بالشلالات والغابات و الافطار لذيذ بجانب الشلالات ، السيدة زهرة والسيد بكر والسيد محمد الرفاعي وبقية العاملين خلوقين جدا ومحترمين ومحترفين ، نسينا شنطة فيها أجهزة وجوالات و احتفظوا فيها واتصلوا بنا لنعود وناخذها ، شكرا لهم ولن تكون زيارتنا لهذا المكان المرة الأخيرة بإذن الله سنعود له إن شاء الله .
