Locația este foarte bună, chiar peste drum de plajă, ceea ce este un mare avantaj. Apartamentul a fost curat la sosire, iar bucătăria este foarte bine echipată – se găsește practic tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur.
Apartamentul este destul de uzat și ar avea nevoie de mai multă întreținere. În timpul sejurului nu se face curățenie, nu se schimbă prosoapele și nu se ridică gunoiul, aspecte de care trebuie ținut cont la rezervare. Un alt inconvenient a fost parcarea. Există parcare privată, însă locurile sunt limitate și, seara, erau deja ocupate, astfel că am fost nevoiți să parcăm pe stradă. La sosire, para de duș era deteriorată și a fost nevoie de două zile până să fie înlocuită.
