Locatia apartamentului este in zona centrala aproape de orasul vechi, faleza, plaja, port turistic. Este spatios si suficient pentru o familie de 4 persoane. Dotat cu cele necesare la bucatarie.
Apartamentul se vede ca este uzat si ar fi ok daca s-ar mai interveni si improspata aerul. O curatienie generala ar fi binevenita. La baie probleme cu scurgerea la dus si un subtil miros de canalizare ce se simte. Ar fi bine daca nu s-ar fi fumat in locatie.
