Hotel Panorama Kope

The entire Panorama Kope complex is still a work in progress, but it already shows enormous potential. I am convinced that, once everything is completed, it will become a truly outstanding destination. Our room was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. We honestly could not have asked for anything more. On our first morning, breakfast was prepared on request, probably because only a few rooms were occupied, and the waitress was exceptionally kind and attentive; the eggs she served were also excellent.

Despite the complex’s enormous potential, at times we felt somewhat overlooked, as though the property was not yet fully organised around the guests while the renovation and development work continued. Communication was also quite difficult, as both the reception staff and the waiters spoke very little English. The overall quality of the breakfast products was disappointing(especially the croissants) although the eggs were very good. As the main restaurant was closed, a very reasonably priced buffet was offered instead, but both the selection and presentation felt rather uninspiring. After eating there on our first evening, we drove approximately 30 minutes down the mountain for dinner on the following two nights, since there were no closer alternatives, and found some excellent restaurants. With more attention to guests, easier communication and a dining experience matching the quality of the rooms, this complex could fully realise its exceptional potential.
