Hotel in restavracija Pod Roglo

A hotel elhelyezkedése szép környezetben van, könnyen megközelithető, jó helyen. A Therme Zrece 3 perc autóval és a hegyre fel se sok az idő. A hotelt körbe hegyoldalak erdővel veszik körbe, így a szobák ablakából a kilátás is szép , Étteremben jó volt a reggeli, mi ott helyben is vacsoráztunk a vacsora is finom volt amiket rendeltünk. A személyzet az étteremben és a bárban is barátságos volt.

A két párna közül az egyik túl alacsony volt nekünk.

Kicsit retro, de tökéletes szállás a hegy lábánál. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész.

Wifi nagyon gyenge, ez sajnos szinte minden szállásra jellemző.

The room was quite ok and the people were friendly. The room was ok, the style was I think the 90s. More I can´t say but I have to write here some filling sentence because of the booking-minimum no. of words. They want it, they got it. Some words without saying something.

When I arrived I called a phone-no. and got the code for the key-box. Maybe they have sent it in advance but I did not see it. At the counter was nobody so after a while of witing I went to the restaurant for check-in and also paid. The key-card to the room was functioning only if not pushed fully in. Not a good feeling, when no personal is there. The WIFI-Password on the business-card of the hotel was wrong, In the room there was no wifi-password. I had to go to the restaurant again and receicved another one that worked then. Also I wanted to eat something in the Restaurant but it was closed that Monday. When I went down the next morning for breakfast the waitress told me "No breakfast". I had reserved with breakfast, she called the manager and then 20 minutes later I got a breakfast and it was fully ok. Basically the room was not bad, the breakfast was not bad and in the end everything worked. But it took a lot of time and following-up to get it. The rating could have been much better if everything had worked smooth and easy without loosing so much time.
