Nice property and decent location to explore the surrounding areas

Property provides no toilet paper or towels and had large cobwebs on the outside of the windows all around the property. Maybe the owner needs to look at a better cleaner or maintenance operative also the security are not helpful if you haven’t used haven directly and keep you standing at the barriers until you have the haven booking number!! They kept saying that you have booked through a third party and we basically will keep you standing here until you produce the haven booking number! The landlord kindly helped me out over the phone and got me inside after a 15-20 minute wait.

Lovely clean lodge with everything we needed to have a fabulous well needed break, excellent communication from the owners, nice quiet location near to the beach.

Nothing, loved it!

In a quiet location of the holiday park and close to the beach/coastline. It had everything we needed and the owners were very friendly and were very helpful with anything we needed to know. The holiday park location itself is close to lots of castles, Snowdonia and lovely beaches.

Location is further away from most of the park. Very close to the coastal path so great for a walk with the dog. Enclosed decking which helped. Quiet area. Very straight forward check in at park. We didn’t use the facilities on site but it appeared to have an incredible offer available to visitors.

It didn’t feel as prepared for visitors as it could have been. You are staying in a someone’s holiday home so a number if personal items were left ready for them. Because of this I felt it was more expensive than it should have been.
