דירה נקיה למופת. מאובזרת בציוד מלא. בעלת הבית סימפטית ועוזרת. נוף יפה מהמרפסת. יש מרפסת בקומה של חדר השינה. יש גם מרפסת בקומה התחתונה ליד סוכת הגפנים (אפשר לאכול...) הדירה קרובה לבזאר העירוני המפורסם של העיר.
1, אומנם יש חניה לדירה (מאוד נדיר באזור הזה של העיר...) אבל החניה לא קרובה לדירה. אין שום אפשרות להגיע לדירה ברכב כי אל הרחוב של הדירה אפשר להיכנס רק בהליכה רגלית או באופניים (או על חמור...). כל המטען צריך להגיע מהחניה לדירה (זה לא קרוב!) בסחיבה בלבד על כביש מרוצף באבן (סכנה לגלגלי המזוודות!). 2. כדאי לשפר את ההכוונה לדירה בעת ההגעה הראשונית. להודיע מראש שאין אפשרות להגיע ברכב עד הדירה. חייבים נוכחות של בעלי הבית כדי לדעת איפה החניה ושיהיה אפשר להיכנס אליה. לקבוע מראש נקודת מפגש ולהגיד שרק לשם אפשר להגיע.
