Seaside family home

I particularly liked the peaceful location of the property, situated in a quiet area. There is a shop just a 4 minute walk away, and nearby beaches are easily accessible. The house itself is spacious and features a beautiful garden where you can relax. A nice touch was the tuned piano, and the Dyson fan was very helpful during the hot weather. It is a charming house with character, owned by a professor.

The property was not clean. There was a lot of dust and cobwebs, dirty surfaces and floors, as well as mold and stains on the ceilings. Overall, the house requires a deep and thorough cleaning.
