Luxury 2- BDR suite in West Midlands - sleeps 6

The bathroom was so nice and clean but no bath towel on the floor, nice spaces 👌and time for check out was not accurate 😉

The stair lift was not working and that was bad 🫣because I went with my 86 year old dad and the stairs was too much for him.

One I like about the property is the cleanliness, Very neat apartment.

The lift is not working but they are fixing it already.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and very new and modern. The staff were really friendly, they did help bringing our things up the stairs when we arrived and was very responsive when messaging with an issue in regard to WiFi and the jacuzzi.

The lift wasnt working, in dont drive and was attending a wedding. Therefore I had a double pram plus 3 kids coming up 3 flights of stairs with our suitcases. It was quite stressful on the day of the wedding, all dressed juggling luggage, pram and kids while dressed ready for a wedding was stressful and we was all hot and bothered. We had some issues with the jacuzzi at first it was spitting our mould and dirt. There was no mirrors apart from one in the bathroom, which wasnt helpful while getting ready, there was only a hand held one in the bedrooms. Would of been a better experience with the lift working it was quite a big factor as there wasnt an option of a room on a lower ground. It would of been great for an option for a travel cot although they dont cater for families it would be great if they did.
