De locatie is perfect. Dichtbij de snelweg, dichtbij het schwebebahn en dichtbij de Nordbahnstrasse. In een prachtige wijk waarin ik me heel veilig voelde.
De uitrusting van de keuken was echt heel minimaal. Ik schat in dat hier niemand zelf kookt. Er was geen grote slabak, geen roerlepels, geen sinsappelpers, een enkele vaatdoek. Wel een groot koffieapparaat dan geen koffiefilters, geen restje koffie, geen thee, suiker, olijfolie, kruiden. Ik dacht dat we al best veel zelf mee hadden gebracht maar moesten toch voor ons eerste maaltijd nog naar de supermarkt en die is 17 minuten wandelen.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigner und die Schlüsselübergabe waren unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll, großzügig und sauber. Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, Autobahnanschluss und Haltestelle der Schwebebahn in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze am Straßenrand. WLAN funktionierte, ein kleiner Balkon am Schlafzimmer, ein weiterer an der Wohnküche.
Die Küchenausstattung/ -zubehör sowie Material zur Reinigung könnten erweitert werden. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es nur einen Ständer mit Kleiderbügeln und eine Kommode, aber keinen Kleiderschrank.
