Florian is an excellent host,professional, friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean, fully equipped for a family holiday with/without children. It is very spacious and comfortable. Located in the city but on very peaceful living area. I will recommend this apartment to everyone who plan to visit Solingen. It was a great experience to spend 5 days there. Thank you very much Florian for your kind support and a great hospitality.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders ist hervorzuheben das wirklich alles vorhanden ist. In der Küche zum Beispiel: Gewürze, Salz, Filtertüten, Kaffee, Tee, Lappen, Schwamm, Spülmittel, Mülltüten, Küchenrolle. Das haben wir sonst immer dabei, wäre nicht notwendig gewesen. Im Bad gibt es Deo, Dusch und Schaumbad, Handseife und ausreichend Klopapier. Dadurch und auch durch hübsch ausgewählte Deko wirkt die Wohnung sehr gemütlich.

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter, hoch- und neuwertige Einrichtung, alles da was man braucht (z.B. vollausgestattete Küche sogar mit Extras wie Kaffee u.s.w.), sehr gutes WLAN, unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out, sauber bis in alle Ecken, Text und Bilder der Annonce entsprechen zu 100 Prozent der Realität.
Parkplatz musste manchmal einige Minuten gesucht werden (Parkhaus in der Nähe wird derzeit umgebaut).
