Very comfortable, clean and well thought out. Tea coffee supplied which was a really nice unexpected touch.
Shower requires some attention - quick and easy fix.
Replace shower it was difficult to change temperature & shower head would not stay on the shower pole.

The cleanness of the van ,have explained to owner but believes it’s up to standard and did state on call I had with them ,that’s cleaners are pushed for time but what took photos of and showed her this to me wasn’t places to be missed ie kitchen bathroom dishes pans air fry windows all dirty to me
Plus side bedding fresh and smells wonderful

The property was overall nice and neat.
Sofa bed was not nice. Found it dangerous when pulling out. Sofa had stains.
