Incredible experience to sleep right next to the ocean whilst the waves crash against the retaining wall. The cottage was warm and cosy, and the kitchen has everything you need.
I did bang my head on roof and door frames, but it’s a nice reminder how it was for earlier families in this fishing town.

This place was just as described. It sits right on the edge of the sea with such a beautiful view. As with most of Scotland, we wish we’d had more time.
We just wish we’d known we would not be able to turn around. The road was blocked, so we had to back out. My son in law did a great job though, and it was much less scary in the daylight than in the dark.

Absolutely loved the location of this cottage located literally at the edge of the sea wall with wonderful ocean views! The village is so charming and the locals so very friendly! Enjoyed the local pub and coffee shop. The cottage is cozy, clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.
