Parking de la résidence sécurisé avec code. Beaucoup de places. Appartement avec salon et cuisine au RDC. 2 chambres et salle de bains à l'étage. Piscine à 20 mètres de l'appartement. Très calme pour se reposer. Supermarché en ville très bien. Endroit sympathique au port du verdon avec restaurant et vue sur l'estuaire de la Gironde.
Nous avons eu un défaut de sanitaires bouchés qui a été résolu après le passage d'une société mandatée par la copropriété, et nous n'étions pas les seuls. Cause canicule, manquait un ventilateur dans l'appartement. Quand on arrive sur site il n'est pas mentionné Odysée mais Atlantica. Un écriteau serait le bienvenu.
