Les lieux correspondent parfaitement à l'annonce.
Logement spacieux, bien équipé. grand plus; tous les produits ménager sont disponibles.
A 5mn en voiture du centre ville, avec tous ses commerces, la très belle plage de Soulac. Laurent, notre hôte c est rendu très disponible. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

La location est très située dans un quartier très calme, à 5mn en vélo de la plage et du centre historique, très propre et très bien équipée. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux. De plus une escapade d'une journée à Royan par le bac est très agréable. Ne pas hésiter.
