What I liked was that the stay itself was good, comfortable, and enjoyable. The place was clean and overall I had a pleasant experience once I was assisted by the host.
What I didn’t like was the service from the security/reception area. When I arrived, I struggled to find the entrance door and tried ringing the bell several times but received no assistance. I eventually had to call the host, who then came to help me, only to find the security personnel sitting there and not assisting guests. I feel more attentiveness and better customer service at the entrance would improve the experience
