The water was cold had to use bucket bath tub to bath

The place was clean and cozy. Check in was easy, and then security guard was very friendly and helpful.
The lock on the door was difficult to open and I had to ask security to assist me with it. There was also no hot water for the duration of my stay due to the boiler being repaired. The host communicated this well and arranged a temporary solution for me to bathe with warm water. However, I do think this should have been communicated before I booked or at least noted before my stay. I would’ve appreciated being made aware that i may experience issues with hot water.

Only thing that was goood is bed , fridge and microwave
Water wasn’t hot When we get there the security wasn’t there we had to call so that he will come assist us
