Queen is a gracious host, very helpful and informed us on what to do regarding securing parking and accessing the room. The room looked cozy and clean. Neat and tidy, we didn't really struggle for anything. The staff at the building were super helpful and kind as well.
Nothing to do with the room but the bin area is very close to the room on the floor we were on which was unpleasant every time we had to pass by heading to parking or the reception.

Bedside cabinet
What I didn’t like about the apartment is that the door didn’t feel secure it seemed like it could easily be opened with something like a knife. The bedside blankets didn’t feel hygienic and were uncomfortable to use. The headboard was dirty, and overall, the setup was unattractive.
