Lovely and clean. Quite. Deers and wildlife on the golf course. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Kitchen is really well equipped. Staff in golf club are friendly.
Nothing however just a tip to anyone staying. The correct name and password for the WiFi is in the cupboard on the left as you go into the kitchen on the wall.

Great location. Lovely decorated. Very comfortable. Great outdoor space
Found used plaster and cobwebs behind the sofa on last check around to make sure we had everything before leaving. No information in Home brochure about local eateries or activities. Garden could definitely facilitate a hot tub or barbecue which would gladly have paid extra for use of.

Great location for Beamish. Private parking space was really handy. Property was of a good size and the beds were super comfortable.
I’m really struggling for find any real negatives. Maybe a few more teabags and coffee pods would have been nice.
