I like that it's very close to bus and train stations..lots of supermarkets outside which is very convenient. Also you have your own bathroom.
the size of the room is very small but for a solo traveller it's enough as you just need a place to rest

great location: near underground, shops/supermarket, restaurants check-in: self check-in with code appartment: clean, spacious, kitchen with enough utensils, comfortable bed, lots of storage space
no air conditioning, the window doesn't open very wide, it's difficult to ventilate the room in the summer - it gets warm very quickly no full length mirror no lift but narrow stairs to the fourth floor, would be hard to do with a big and heavy suitcase

Well equipped, has everything you need for few nights stay.
4th floor is a bit of a hike if you not fit. Walking up the stairs you can see the stairs haven’t been cleaned for weeks, it is not a good look for first impression.
