The support by the owner is exceptional, and he is on top of things when it comes to helping out.
The chalet is quite clean, and access to facilities is pretty good. One of the pools is close by, but the real fun for the kids is at the lagoon and the beach. Things are well-organized at the beach and the lagoon, especially with the security team ensuring only Visitors with passes are allowed in.
In my opinion, the price-to-quality ratio is quite high.
The walk to the lagoon and the beach is a bit demanding, but it's worth it.
