location is perfect the property manager is more than helpful

beach facilities and bathrooms were very boor the property needs some new stuff

The view from the terrace was exceptional, could see the coast and nearly the whole compound. Very close to the sea. Apartment size was good. Access to the beach (although rocky and very small) was easy and free of charge. Compound had all the basic necessities in addition to some leisurely activites. Owner was quick to respond.

Regular water and electricity outages, especially water from around 4 AM to 11 AM. Very old and outdated furniture. Lack of basic cleanliness; microwave was dirty from the inside, tabletops, mirrors and furniture were sticky from the humid weather and had no covers, toilets had no soap and smelled of sewage from the drains which reaches the bedroom, trashcans had no bags in them, beds had clean but old covers that smelled horrible, drawers and closets had old trash from previous tenants lying around, ashtray had ashes... The place is in need of proper maintenance and renewal + higher standards of hygiene.
