Alles was perfect! We hebben enorm van ons verblijf genoten. Sarah was altijd stipt, flexibel en beschikbaar bij elke vraag. Het bed lag heel goed en de airco's waren zeker een pluspunt. Het appartement is supernetjes en modern ingericht, er is een klein terras waar je 's ochtends van je kofie kan genieten. Alle basis benodigdheden waren aanwezig; wastablet, vaatwastabled, koffie, thee, olijfolie, honing,...Het appartement ligt zo een dikke 20 min. stappen naar Oud Nice, maar voor ons was dit geen probleem en deden we het dagelijks. Ook de ondergrondse parking was een luxe in zo'n drukke stad als Nice.
Niets! Alles was prima!

Bien situé. Proche des arrêts Tram et gare Riquier. Centre ville historique accessible à pied. Parking dans l'immeuble.
Il serait utile d'avoir la notice d'utilisation des appareils ménagers pour simplification de leur utilisation (plaque électrique).

Eine wirklich tolles Appartement in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Moderne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Zum Frühstücken eine Terrasse, zum Parken ein Tiefgaragenplatz - perfekt! In 20 - 25 Minuten zu Fuß mitten in Nizza, oder die Tram nehmen die gleich um die Ecke losfährt. Ein herzliches Danke an Sarah, sie war sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. TOP! Wir kommen wieder.

Il condominio è in una zona non centralissima di Nizza, ma il tram (linea L1) è raggiungibile con 3 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è luminoso, spazioso, moderno, arredato con gusto ed è molto ben fornito. L'abbiamo trovato molto silenzioso, e la presenza di un garage interrato privato e sicuro è un grande plus. L'host Sarah è super accogliente, e risponde subito a qualsiasi richiesta.
Il quartiere in cui si trova l'appartamento non è particolarmente curato. Il percorso dal garage interrato all'ascensore che poi porta all'appartamento non è semplice nè accogliente nè profumato.
