La ubicación, muy cerca de la playa y zona de restaurantes.
La limpieza y mantenimiento de edificio no es del todo buena. El acceso al garaje por fuera no hacía contacto la llave y había que estar varias veces moviendo la llave en la ranura para abrir. La caldera goteaba tenía puesta una bolsa y se lleno y de repente cayó y empapó la cocina. Y la ducha estaba atascada.
