Loved that the apartment is very close to the beach, surf shops etc, also like the comfortable beds and living spaces. The balcony practical for drying clothes. Cafés and restaurants are just downstairs too. The property manager was very helpful and communicative.
In August (high season) it's a bustling exciting scene, just above a popular restaurant terrace. When it's really warm (short period of the year) you may have to keep the windows closed if you sleep before midnight, after that it calms down.
