The location was excellent, about a mile from the metro station, with an even closer tram stop offering convenient public transportation throughout Milan. A 24-hour supermarket was also nearby, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms worked very well. One caveat: Getting in couldn't have been easier, however, you will be required to use your mobile phone to open both the outer and middle inner doors so you will need to have mobile data upon arrival.

The walk back from the metro after dark did not feel comfortable enough for our adult daughters to do alone. We also had difficulty with the kitchen air conditioning, although leaving the bedroom doors open provided some relief. The WiFi was fast overall but was basically unusable in the back bedroom.

The apartment is great, renovated and in a very nice area, right in front of tram stop that takes you directly to the city centre.

The sistem to open the door is a bit tricky as the explanation is send on a pdf but you need to access a web to open the door so it was a bit tricky to do everything on one phone. We initially requested if it would be possible to access the apartment earlier and they said that if it was ready they would let us know. I've asked later and then they said that as per policy it wasn't possible to access before 15h. It wasn't an issue but it was a bit confusing.
