The extra special for me was the availability of Illy Coffee machine, free bottled water supply in the fridge abd other soft drinks. The bed was also excellent and so was the bathroom, the towels, the sofas and more.

I had to bring in from the balcony the little table and a balcony chair to sit for my laptop and use as working space. The kitchen table is too modern for me, elevated with high chairs. Good for fancy but not good for simple tasks requiring a simple, ordinary table and a comfortable chair to sit and use the laptop or do other work. The decoration everywhere in the apartment is too much on the top tier side which makes it uncomfortable to have a simple space to spread your things and do your work. The balcony table was ok but round glass top, not as useful as a proper, simple, ordinary rectangular table which for me is the number 1 item together with a good bed in any apartment. Too much comfort and top level decoration and no space to use your mouse for your laptop. For me, the kitchen has enough space for an additional ordinary breakfast table with ordinary chairs which is badly needed for ordinary things.
