It was clean and conveniently located. The balcony is comfy. Budget yet good equipped.

The communication with the company which provides the hosting service was awful. They wanted me to pay the VAT for the second time though it was explicitly stated on Booking.com that it was already paid. And refused to provide me with the entrance details before the extra VAT is paid. We had to wait two hours in the evening in front of the building having a long discussion in the chat (the phone they were not answering). After they realised they were wrong (when I sent all the screenshots) they didn’t provide any apologies, just finally shared the entrance details. My evening was ruined and I find this approach not friendly and accommodating at all. Don’t recommend! PS There are construction works with heavy machinery on the road in front of the building. If you don’t tolerate noise, that will be a problem - during one of the nights the excavator stopped working at about 2am.
