Good location, nice apartment but a little small for 4 individuals. Even though 2 were kids, at their ages it is not a good idea for them to sleep on the couch, so the adults ended up on the couch, which was not so comfortable for the length of stay. Lovely host.

A few maintenance issues need to be tended to. Ran out of some bathroom essentials and ended up buying some for ourselves. When sleeping on the couch, the curtains are sheer and so you wake up the moment the sun is up as there are no block out curtains.

Having stayed ten days in this accommodation, I can say that it will be a choice again during my next visit to Tel Aviv (due to the organization of the art exhibition, I am planning at least two more visits). This is the biggest proof that I am satisfied with this stay and the apartment. What is needed for a stay of any duration, this apartment has: a position in the very center of the city, ten minutes from the sea and the beach, a comfortable living room with a solidly equipped kitchen with a large, comfortable and high-quality sofa, TV and hi-fi, a pleasant double bed (the small bedroom is in communication with the bathroom through a glass door and there is also another exit to the entrance hall. When you leave the apartment on the first floor, you find yourself in the middle of the vibrancy of a city full of young people, because Dizengoff Street is filled with cafes and restaurants that lives especially at night. What I liked is that the apartment faces the opposite side of the street, with a view of a small garden between buildings with a few trees, so you have greenery right next to the window, and the fullness of the street does not affect you, you have peace. The entire living room has a window that opens completely, so it's the greenery of the small garden in front of your eyes. Communication with the owners was very good, they responded to every message or question promptly, which is commendable. I think the price is realy optimal in relation to what is offered and the position in the city! When you leave the apartment, you can go to the coast, which is excellent for walking but also for jogging (for me it was a significant plus), take a bath, have a coffee or a drink, all within an hour, and then continue with your plan to explore the city. All in all, every recommendation!

Hm...let's try to split hairs :) The kitchen is well equipped, it has everything basic, but you could add some things for more comfort, for example a few more glasses, like for wine :)), a wine opener. I had to connect the hi-fi to the speakers myself, but the wires were in the drawer (I assume that some guests were listening to the music too loudly, so it was turned off), I immediately found them and easily connected them to the speakers (paying attention to the neighbors ;) Don't blame me Ariel :), let there be something negative, because everything is so perfect that it could happen that everyone will rush into your apartment and there will be no term for me :)) All in all an excellent place!!!
