Location could walk into Dundee in 5 minutes. Very near the Tay Road bridge with quick route to St Andrews Very clean. Beds comfortable. Lounge spacious and had a great TV with plenty of channels. Loved having the washing machine and the garden to hang out the clothes. Liked having washing up liquid and kitchen cloths, kitchen roll tea and coffee/ milk

There were no kitchen knives so we bought some .The dish washer didn’t work but we were ok to wash by hand. There was an iron but no ironing board.

Spacious & very comfortable

We booked a late arrival and it took a while to get the key code, but location is excellent and once in after a long days travel property is really good with much of it brand new. Lots of space and easy parking. Excellent decor and furniture, layout and quiet location apart from the seagulls!

We had booked it really late having been let down by the previous booking and it had not been cleaned - Yuk! The response never apologised or offered discount or suggested solutions. The beds had already been slept in and the towels were still damp. The bins were overflowing both in the property and outside. There was recycling left out on the counter and the dishwasher was disgusting - no one has ever cleaned it and it would not clean. Bins in bedrooms all had been used. The shower pressures are poor with temperature control erratic despite looking lovely neither top nor bottom of property had good actual water pressures. So there is a dribble for okay temperature or scolding hot for a good pressure of water - not helpful! The top ensuite is tight to get in to the shower, due to pivot screen nearly meeting the towel rail. There were wires hanging out of the upstairs wardrobe with boxes and wires bundled in lounge both of which look like the place is not finished. The kitchen lacks facilities and equipment with a few random items but no decent plates to actually use and which would fit properly in the dishwasher. The cutlery and the pillows are cheap. There were boxes in the cupboards suggesting it was still in the process of unpacking. There is a cinema room on the ground floor but its not finished and had spare pillows piled on the sofa, maybe some one else had slept there too. The cleaner arrived before 9am despite check out being confirmed as 11am and he said the previous people were late moving out and as at that time there was no booking they did not attend to clean it. No apologies.
