Xenia Milano - 2 rooms apt in Via Ampola 5

Everything was excellent, from the key handover to check-out. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay: an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, plenty of cooking utensils, a spacious refrigerator, and a large wardrobe for clothes and luggage. We especially appreciated the blackout blinds and the convenient location, with easy access to the city center. The host was very responsive, understanding, and kindly accommodated our early check-in request, which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Nothing negative to mention, as we really enjoyed our stay. Just a small suggestion for future guests: it would be great to have two face towels instead of one when there are two guests staying, and perhaps an additional towel or bath mat to step onto after showering. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The property was really nice, the location was a bit far away from the city centre as expected but the tram stop is like 2 minutes away so it was really nice.

We were left waiting outside for an hour, the person we were talking to on the phone, did not help us at all, because the button for unlocking the door in the link didn't work and we couldn't get in we had to ask the host about 3 times to send someone to unlock it. The bathroom sink was disgustingly clogged, the silverware was dirty and so on.
