Everything was perfect! The host has greeted us with exceptional hospitality. She helped us to solve all the problems and we were able to stay for a little longer. The location is perfect, the neighborhood is perfect, not far away from the city center. We truly enjoyed the stay in this Italian paradise, and we would come here once more for sure.

​The apartment is significantly overpriced for its location. ​Even though it is advertised as self check-in, the process involves a major hassle if arriving late, as the owner has to remotely open the main door of the building upon arrival. This needlessly complicates the entry process. ​The heating was initially not working and thermorstat was locked! After reporting the issue, the owner claimed the problem was a "faulty thermostat battery" and that the heating had been repaired. However, it was evident that the owner had simply set the thermostat higher (from 18C to 20.1C, explaining that this was some sort of standard. With the outside temperature near freezing, 20C inside was simply not acceptable for comfort. I paid for comfort, and the experience was not even close to what was expected. ​The mandatory local tax is an additional burden, requiring a private payment via PayPal (amounting to €28 for two nights for two persons) in addition to the already overpriced booking cost. ​Furthermore, there were unnecessary messages from the owner with video instructions on how to clean and ventilate the apartment and take out the trash. While the communication was polite, this level of intrusive detail is unacceptable for the price paid and the expected standard of comfort and service.

Das Apartment ist wirklich schick eingerichtet und befindet sich in einem schönen Haus mit vielen Pflanzen. Mit der Tram kommt man gut in die Innenstadt. Alles war sehr sauber. Es ist sehr praktisch, dass man in der Privatstraße kostenlos parken kann. Über WhatsApp werden sofort alle Fragen beantwortet. Fußläufig gibt es einen riesigen Supermarkt, tolle Restaurants und die Prada Foundation, die einen Besuch wert ist.

Das Einchecken mit den vielen Anweisungen ist wirklich etwas kompliziert und es dauert eine Weile, bis man dann auch die vielen Türen zum zweiten hinteren Ausgang gefunden hat. Momentan wird nebenan gebaut, zum Glück aber kein Baulärm am Wochenende. Zum Kochen wären ein kleiner Topf und ein Geschirrhandtuch noch praktisch.
