Ideale per concerti ai Magazzini Generali dove si giunge a piedi. Ottimo anche per chi arriva in macchina per il posto auto che comunque è piccolo - meglio per un’utilitaria. Istruzioni per il check in chiare. L’appartamento era pulito ma ideale per 2/3 persone - non di più. Il tram 24 porta in centro (zona Duomo). Ottima connessione wi fi.
L’esterno è’ piuttosto fatiscente e c’è uno scalino prima dell’entrata all’appartamento che dovrebbe essere segnalato. Un cattivo odore dal bagno e costanti urla di bambini e ragazzi dal campetto di calcio adiacente. Le capsule del caffè sono apprezzate ma comunque contate. Check out alle 10:00 e piuttosto sollecitato e’ un po presto.

La cosa che mi è piaciuta in assoluto è il parcheggio, la macchina rimane al chiuso e non deve cercare parcheggio per strada .
Palazzina molto bella fronte strada ma molto decadente al suo interno . Appartamento abbastanza giusto per la spesa . Nel suo insieme vale la pena.
