Honestly was such a lovely stay. The caravan feels very homely and comfortable. We even had sky channels and free WiFi. Its got a very old fashioned feel but so relaxing and enjoyable. The location is so close to some fantastic views and the shops only 10mins away. Oh and she had a wii, tea, coffee, towels and fairy which is normally never included. Definitely would stay again when down that way.

Easy driving into town. 15 minutes to any supermarket. The site itself is maintained and clean.
The problems were simple. Owner easily rectified without fuss. Not much to not like.
7 / 10Good·Jul 2026
The space in the lounge area. Ease of access to Stranraer. Shower was great.
Bit worn out. Obviously not a recently built van. Cooker gas was a very low flame. Window blinds a bit awkward. One of them was broken.

It was a decent enough place to sleep and have breakfast. The shower was surprisingly great.
It was a little shabby around the edges, and the surfaces, and kitchen items were all a little sticky. It could do with a facelift. But the price was right.
