We knew this property as we had stayed there about 10 years previously before it belonged to the current owner. Since then the garage has been converted to provide a second reception room, utility room and a second bedroom. The property is well located within walking distance of Morgat and its beach. It is in a quiet residential area near the coastal woodland and coast paths, so ideal if you like walking. NB the walk from Morgat to the property is a bit uphill so if you have heavy shopping etc. it is probably better to take the car down to the shops in Morgat, where there are car parks. The property was clean and comfortable. (You have the option to either clean the property yourself at the end of the stay or pay to have it cleaned). The shower is very good. There are two gardens, one in front of the house and a smaller more private garden behind. The gardens catch the morning and evening sun. The property seems to be managed by a local holiday company on behalf of the owner. Ludivine can speak English if your French is bad!

Unfortunately, we had been given the wrong access code to enter the property. However, I phoned the property number given on Booking.com and Ludivine responded quickly to resolve this. It would be helpful to have instructions on how to use the dishwasher and other equipment. The Wifi code was given to us via Booking.com. I couldn't find an iron and ironing board, although it says they are included at the property. Note that the rubbish collection seems to be on a Friday morning. (Yellow bin is recycling and green bin is for other rubbish).
