In Morgat, a renowned seaside resort close to the beach and amenities yet in a peaceful setting, this magnificent 2-bedroom duplex flat is located on the top floor of the Ville d'Ys residence, with a superb view over Morgat beach and the Bay of Douarnenez. The building was refurbished and delivered in July 2006. It is located in the heart of Morgat, 50 m from the beach, between the town and the marina. The property is private and enclosed.70 m² of living space, with sea-view terraces from the ground-floor rooms and double velux windows in the bedrooms offering a bird's-eye view of the beach.
Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays.
The flat comprises
Ground floor:
1 large living room and fitted kitchen
2 terraces with sea views
1 shower room with WC
On the first floor:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160/200) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90/190).
1 bathroom with bath, washing machine/dryer.
There is a private parking space and free Wi-Fi internet access.
The start of the hiking trail (GR34) is 100 m from the residence.
In addition to the rental price:
Cleaning on departure: 60 Euros (compulsory)
Sheets on request: 15 Euros per double bed and 10 Euros per single bed
Towels on request: 5 € / person
Water: 2.0 Euros/m3 (except from May to September):
Electricity: 0.20 €/kW (except from May to September):
A deposit of €500 is required for the rental.

This flat accommodating 4 adults offers a breathtaking view of Morgat. Its kitchen is well equippped. Pubs, restaurants, bakery and supermarket are nearby.
We enjoyed our strolls/bike tours along the beautiful coast very much. We are really looking forward to our next stay in this area and we will certainly try to reserve one of this agency's properties as all the requirements were met to our utmost satisfaction.

Lovely home, amazing spa pool, relaxing scenery, and spectacular service from property manager! We were there with family and a dog but this would be perfect for yoga retreat.

Modern, well equipped apartment with a small balcony facing east side. Good kitchen for culinair activities. Fenced parking space for 2 cars in front of the building. (ideal when it's a busy month!) Opposite beach, near supermarket, good bakery and bars and restaurants. Bicycles and all watersport activities (sailing, surfing, kayak, motorboats etc.) on walking distance. Good beds and 2 showers. At night it can be a bit noisy due to several bars on the quay underneath the building. The bars are quite silent, but not the visitors heading home. Can be solved by shutting the double windows in front and opening the garden view window in the bathroom upstairs. We would certainly recommend a stay.
