L'appartamento è molto curato e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire per un soggiorno completo. La zona giorno è molto spaziosa e perfetta sia per mangiare che per guardare un bel film. Ideale sicuramente per una coppia. Anche la cucina è provvista di tutto ciò che occorre per usufruirne.
Unica pecca, il doccino della doccia è arrivato a fin vita e dovrebbe essere sostituito.
