The property is situated in a more calmer area of Napoli right at the Metro station Salvator Rosa in an building considered a palazzo (it even has a doorman). The apartment seems it has been renovated in the last 12 months as all the furniture and appliances seemed unused. The apartment is facing the inner courtyard so it's actually quiet, whereas the street the building is on is very loud (because of the cobblestone). Some mornings we woke up to birds singing and felt like we we're in a tiny village outside of the chaos of Napoli. Our hosts we're very kind and helpful, if we needed anything or even made an entire timetable for ferries from Napoli to Ischia or Capri. There was even an beach umbrella to take to the beach as starting from 2026 it seems that all beaches in Napoli are public, so free from sunbeds. There's a lift in the building.

It will be really hot in the summer months. You will use the AC probably all night.

La struttura si trova in una via tranquilla e silenziosa, zona collegata benissimo, la metro è davanti alla porta del palazzo e collega benissimo il Vomero con il centro storico. l’appartamento è appena stato ristrutturato ed è dotato di tutti i servizi: due camere ( se gli ospiti sono 4, in sala c’è un divano letto), bagno e cucina, tutto estremamente pulito. L’accoglienza di Ester è stata perfetta e ci dato tantissimi consigli, è sempre stata molto disponibile. per chi viene con la macchina c’è la possibilità di lasciarla a pagamento in un parcheggio chiuso dietro al palazzo.

Struttura recentemente ristrutturata e ben arredata, provvista di tutti i comfort, ottima la posizione proprio di fronte l’uscita della metropolitana molto comoda per visitare le bellezze di Napoli, gentili e disponibili proprietari e soprattutto attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti
